Tania was admitted to practice in Belize as an Attorney-at-Law in 2002 and is a Notary Public and Mediator. Her practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Patent, Civil Practice, Family, Immigration, Finance, Mediation, Offshore Services, Probate, Succession and Real Estate. She specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate developments and subdivisions and has had carriage of several multimillion dollar real estate transactions.

She was ranked as a Leading Lawyer in General Business Law, Associate to Watch, by Chambers & Partners, Legal Publishers, Chambers Global, The Clients’ Guide for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Tania is the Commissioner of the National Women’s Commission of Belize and Chairs the Social Security Appeal Tribunal. Tania is a member of the Bar Association of Belize, the Belize Offshore Practitioners Association and International Trademark Association.
