We have also established and maintained valuable collaborative relationships with IP agents and IP attorneys across the globe, in part due to our uninterrupted longstanding memberships in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and Lex Mundi.

Our Firm is conversant with IP related disputes and challenges, and actively advises and represents clients in all forms of disputes before BELIPO and before the Supreme Court of Belize, including opposition, revocation, invalidity, infringement and passing off claims. We also assist clients with anti-counterfeit measures to protect their trademark by working closely with law enforcement and Customs authorities.
